I am an experienced professional Garden Designer with a particular interest in Biophilic Design – looking at how the landscape can impact us, rather than simply how we can shape it.
Having studied Garden Design in Oxford and started out working with Luciano Giubbilei, I have since enjoyed a career working extensively in London, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds on projects ranging from cottage gardens to large private estates. I also founded and now Chair an international development charity, the Rafiki Thabo Foundation (UK registered charity 1193124) having lived in rural Kenya and completed an MA African Studies at SOAS, London. This organisation has celebrated nearly 20 years working in Kenya, Uganda and Lesotho, and is now funding over 450 Scholars annually through education with incredible results.
